Corporate Social Responsibility
Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country, and a major employer in Gloucestershire, with over 7,500 staff. We recognise that beyond our core role of providing hospital services, our activities can have a significant wider impact on local people and the local environment.
Corporate social responsibility is about recognising that we have a responsibility to use our corporate powers and resources in a way which enhances and contributes to the social, economic and environmental conditions of the local area, and minimises any potential negative impacts. This is often referred to as being a Good Corporate Citizen. Click on the link to see more.
