Patient's Governor

Mrs Jennifer Harley

Jennifer Harley was born and bred in Pershore. While career progression resulted in Mrs Harley moving away from the county, working in publishing and commerce, she did return and settled down to family life. Mrs Harley has two children, three grandchildren, a little dog and enjoys watching county cricket, as well learning Spanish at college. She is also a carer.

In her spare time Mrs Harley completed courses in diagnostic reflexology, acquired aphasia and aromatherapy massage, which I she is able to put into practice in her role as a carer. She qualified as an FE lecturer and is also a commissioning artist.

She said: “Recently I have had many hospitals visits and have been a patient at Cheltenham and Gloucestershire Hospitals, where I received unstinting care from dedicated and professional staff.  I am honoured to have been elected patient governor and look forward to making any contribution I can.”
