Annual meeting offers people the chance to find out more
Members of the public are being offered the chance to find out what’s happening at their local hospitals next month.
There are still tickets available for the Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which this year is again being held at Kingsholm Stadium, in Gloucester.
The Chief Executive will be speaking about our performance over the past year, with a focus on our commitment to openness and transparency and how we continue to deliver improvements in care.
Prof Clair Chilvers, Chair of the Trust, said: “This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in our local hospitals to find out how we’ve performed over the past year and to hear how we intend to improve in the future.
“There is also a chance to hear about how we engage with our members as well as to participate in a unique interactive presentation by our Medical Director Dr Sean Elyan and his colleagues.”
There is also an opportunity to ask questions about our Trust. To ensure that all questions are answered on the night, attendees are asked to submit their questions in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The AGM will be held on Thursday, July 17, at Gloucester Rugby Club, Kingsholm, Gloucester at 6pm. Refreshments will be available from 5.30pm. Parking is free and readily available outside the stadium.
Admittance is by ticket or advance registration only and is open to all. To register your attendance, please visit our website and fill in the form, email email@example.com or call 0300 422 2932.
