New Friends and Family Test

We are pleased to say that the Friends and Family Test is now digital in all outpatient areas. 

In order to get your Friends and Family Test feedback we will now contact you within 48 hours after discharge by SMS or telephone. 

We are aware of a few glitches that have affected patients who were contacted at the beginning of this process in October but have been working hard to correct this, and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

We are delighted to say that we received over 8,000 responses so far regarding patients experiences within our Outpatient departments. This feedback is invaluable in helping us ensure that we are offering the best service possible to our patients.
