I arrived at my appointment 15 mins early and the receptionist was busy taking to a handful of other women and they were all laughing about something. I told her I had an appointment at 11am to which she replied something about Susan. I couldnt hear what she said as they were laughing but I thought she must of ment I was there to see Susan the consultant. 45 mins later I still hadn't been seen and 3 other people that came in after me had already been seen. I went and asked her why and at this point she realised I wasn't 'susan'. I cannot believe the utter incompendence. Normally its company policy to ask name dob and address. None of which she asked she just 'assumed' I was susan. You could put this down to confusion as I thought since I was the only person there that she knew who I was since I was seeing a consultant called susan therefore when she said take a seat I thought I would be next in. I am not at all happy with this service on this occasion and it could of been much worse

All the staff in HDU / Intensive care / critical care - whatever you want to call it, have been fantastic, the unit is spotless, the staff amazing, informative, helpful and of course caring. Big up the NHS ! Thank you!! Especially nurse Sonya last night and Emma today � xxx

Excellent staff only one thing to save time if someone comes in with a suspected fracture or break when they are seen by triage get them to have a X-ray which will save a lot of time

Minor op yesterday, the theatre staff ward staff and everyone who I came into contact with were just fantastic, those on the ground don't always get the credit they deserve for the amazing work they do, made me feel really at ease and coming from a long time social anxiety sufferer that's a pretty big deal for me

1hr 35m late for ortho outpatients..same old delays. Registrars who dont listen people packed in like sardines no explanations for the delays given...feel like a piece of meat and told to stop talking and listen while in with the registrar was the final straw.

I had treatment yesterday in the Chedworth suite the nurses were fantastic and Dr Young and the radiographer. I can't fault my treatment at all. It's much better than Hereford hospital. They even made my appointment later because they knew I had to travel from Hereford. I can't fault my care at all and this was my second visit.

Could not fault the doctor my mother saw for an outpatient appointment we attended, but the receptionist had no manners what so ever!!!

Looked after professionally and efficiently

Had to go to A&E on Tuesday. They were very busy but I was triaged within 30 mins and then sent up to the Ambulatory A&E department. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were all without exception happy in their jobs, kind, compassionate, professional people. I have had to go back today, as planned, and it was the same thing. Well done to all the team and thanks 

All the staff were very welcoming from the moment i arrived at the hospital until the moment i left. Thanks to all the staff in the Endoscopy department

We were seen fairly quickly on a bank holiday weekend, all staff were friendly and professional.. Also Very reassuring as our little boy had an accident and was covered blood.
