It's a cold morning out there today. Do you have a friend or neighbour who's elderly or more vulnerable to cold weather? Cold weather is especially dangerous for older people or people with serious illnesses, so check up on them if you can. Good advice here: http://bit.ly/1vz2Ho9
Our Emergency Departments are very busy this morning. There are many different options available in the county, including your GP, pharmacists and minor injuries units. http://www.choosewellglos.nhs.uk/

NHS Choices feedback
I required treatment within Gloucestershire Royal A and E on Saturday Evening. However, I was treated in Peads, where I took them 3 hours to triage me and I waited over the 4 hour limit. This over-site lead to me sitting on pain for hours without someone even seeing me. For what I was later told was that they call for me in the wrong room and mark me as triaged without being seen.
