It's a cold morning out there today. Do you have a friend or neighbour who's elderly or more vulnerable to cold weather? Cold weather is especially dangerous for older people or people with serious illnesses, so check up on them if you can. Good advice here: http://bit.ly/1vz2Ho9

  • Leigh Drury People dont see the orther side of things. Ambulance crew was cueing as well. This is not GRH fault it lack of founding and the closure of Cheltenham ED at nite that coursed this strain on glos A&E. Should point fingers at the MPs and ask why there lack of money for the NHS.

  • Stacey Zimmermann Was this the same for the ambulance service bringing people in on Sunday the 7th, as I called an ambulance for my 13 week old baby. I was assured it was on its way. I got called 45 minutes later to say it wasn't! Should have just drove him straight away myself! I thought it was best to get help ASAP! Disappointed to say the least.

  • Linzi Moxham Yes I can see, it's just mine and Sally's that have been removed! People should know how I was treated! I have a complaint in process! I know they were busy and didnt expect to see a doctor in a rush I was prepared to wait but being refused pain relief and by the triage nurse and nursing staff whilst crippled on the waiting room floor on my hands and knees is not acceptable! I am so angry about this!!!

Nathan Howarth

ED

I required treatment within Gloucestershire Royal A and E on Saturday Evening. However, I was treated in Peads, where I took them 3 hours to triage me and I waited over the 4 hour limit. This over-site lead to me sitting on pain for hours without someone even seeing me. For what I was later told was that they call for me in the wrong room and mark me as triaged without being seen. Nathan
