Friendly and knowledgeable staff, sadly there was a lot of waiting around. But I am very grateful to our NHS.

My 91 grandmother was on Ryeworth ward recovering from leg fracture. The care seems adequate although very little information seemed to be available at times from the nurses. The quality of food really concerns me. A number of times she did not receive the meal she pre-ordered and when it came it was usually tasteless and cold! This is not acceptable and certainly does not aid her recovery as she is usually a very good eater. Other hospitals are able to provide excellent meals, why not Cheltenham?

Such good treatment and care from the ENT OpD . Well run and organised

Being married to a nurse my self I can appreciate the hard work a nurse does, the cardiac nurses such as JB and many others treated me with total respect and the loving care you hope for when your poorly. Thanks glos royal for making a very painful experience go without a hitch. Medals all round for cardiac Ward, too many to mention by name xx

We had a very long day at the hospital, my mum was having a heart procedure done, all the staff on the Chedworth Suite were polite and helpful, informative and non-patronising, we were even offered a cup of tea in recovery, a nice touch
