Spend a day on the hearpury suite,!! had a coronary angiogram,!! Never felt so at ease in a hospital, staff busy from the time I got there to the time I left, nurses and doctors brilliant, well done all of you, many thanks...

Friendly staff when i called to pick the other half up from the Day ward. Gave me instructions on where to go as never been before and quite a maze 😳
Hubby was looked after very well I was happy to let them have him for longer but as a day ward no he had to go 😏!!!

Good care . Very thorough and good at explaining plan and signs symptoms to watch forb

There are people here in A&E who've been waiting over 6 (SIX) hours and still not been seen, when a young lad who's been fighting comes in who hurt his ankle gets seen within an hour. You lot are a joke

My 20 month old son was brought by ambulance we waited in peads a&e he was constanly crying due the fact he had was working so hard to breath the nurse said he was fine as he was crying. Hes now still currently in hdu on oxygen and medication it was touch and go last nite as he wasnt responding to treatment and there was talks of a breathing tube and icu if he was getting to exhausted. The hdu staff are amazing and hes now responding to treatment, but that nurse that said he was fine i think she needs to go back to medical school! Mothers instincts are never wrong and i was certainly right!

I arrived 35 minutes early due to an admin error. I had to wait those 35 minutes and more before I was seen. I was then told to wait in the waiting room for my results. After another 40 minutes, I queried why I had not been seen and was told that I did not have to wait as the consultant wasn't available that day and my results would be sent to me in the post. So a quick half hour appointment lasted an hour and a half and meant I had to pay for two hours for the parking ticket instead of one hour. Not very happy.

Had blood taken for a test, the nurse who saw me was excellent she put me at my ease and I didn't even feel the needle go in.
A first class service - well done

First time in this hospital. Very efficient. Within 5 mins I had bloods drawn in the Edward J building. The phlebotomist was fab, didn't feel much at all. Very pleasant lady then I went to cardiology to have my BP monitor fitted. Again quick polite service. 10/10. Job well done. Thanks for everything.

Was sent to the Medical Day Unit with a DVT and I've gotta say all the staff were brilliant, from the minute I arrived til the minute I left. So well done Glos hospital.

Apart from the first doctor who couldn't understand a word I was saying because she wasn't English, the others were great. Took me in checked me over and helped me with what I needed to get me better.

Doctors and Nurses were amazing and looked after my son very well indeed. They do a fantastic job.

The hospital itself is filthy and needs knocking down and starting again. And the miserable, ignorant cow on the A&E reception needs a personality transplant.
