Despite being very busy, the staff still found the time to show respect and professionalism when my son had to go in recently. Very friendly and helpful.

Waited for 5 hours with back injury and I was classed as severe trauma they lost my paperwork for 2 hours!!. The staff were very polite and run off there feet. The trollers were lining the corridor. I wasn't offered a drink or anything to eat in the 6 hours I was there. They need more beds and staff

My daughter had to go in to have some teeth taken out on the 17/2/17. Staff on the childrens day unit were amazin. Explained everything to my 5 year old and was very happy everytime we seen them... it took a while for her to go down to have it done but from the second we walked in to when we walked out they were always checking to see how my daughter was getting on. The man who took my daughters teeth out come round after to check how she was. Fantastic Great team of young ladys and men. Credit to the hospital Xx

I was having a minor procedure on the day surgery unit yesterday. I had to check in at 7.15am and had to wait about an hour as the staff were clearly run off their feet. I was told that they were a nurse down. I was called into 3 separate areas to go through paperwork (anaesthetist discussion, nursing admission and surgeon to explain the procedure and sign consent). Everyone was kind and professional and explained the problems. i was literally shaking with nerves when i ...

My wonderful 83 yr old father was admitted into a and e late on saturday night, and from the moment he was rushed in by the Paramedics to the point of discharge we were overwhelmed by all the staffs proffessionalism, care and kindness. All doctors, nurses, porters, paramedics and reception were on the ball, attentive and thorough. My father was admitted at 11pm and by 2am he had been assesed, xrayed, bloods taken and in bed (Acute Care Ward). He was then moved to The ...

Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and caring. Can't believe anyone complains about the NHS as I have had nothing but good experiences this last year with CT scans etc. Very impressed that the staff can keep so positive considering the pressure they are constantly under. This is an excellent hospital with excellent staff.

See dr Davies dermatology excellent care very happy with everything

Mixed my x ray up useless. Useless. Useless. Useless.

I am a member of a nursing team within Gloucestershire Hospitals nhs Trust. On Friday I had abdominal surgery and spent time in SAU, theatres, recovery and ward 9a. I would just like to say how superb all the staff were in each department. I am grateful for their care and kindness, i wish we all could focus on the positives rather than the negatives within the NHS. Thank you again.

Brilliant, caring, helpful staff. Informative and really on the ball. My little boy was the patient and it was lovely to see the surgeons and anaesthetist shake his hand and explain all procedures. The aftercare was excellent, the paediatric nurses were really kind and thoughtful.

We should give the NHS more credit, they are doing an amazing job, under so much pressure. So busy but still so helpful get the job done, anyone that works in the NHS is going a great job 👍

I've been receiving treatment and care from three different departments over the past couple of years. I only have praise and gratitude for the excellent standard of service provision by all concerned. Staff work extremely hard to provide the best possible care for patients.

Excellent service on Chedworth suite ward today, the nurses were very friendly and helpful before and after treatment
