Staff are excellent, even down to the glasshouse cafe staff
Stayed for a total of 10 days in several wards
For a foot op.
There's always a delay in the orthopaedics, but they are always apologetic and get on with there jobs. Even too the point of a nurse coming out to the waiting room and apologising. (respect!)
I love the staff here they do a great job, keep up the good work!

I've come back today 19/7/16 for the second part of my Heart Stressgate Tests , been had my Radiation Injection and told to go have a cuppa  T and a sandwich to flush the injection through, and to return to Imaging 2.30, ALL VERY WELL, except for got to the GLASSHOUSE CAFE in Cheltenham Hospital NO COLD  FOOD, A PHONECALL TO somewhere else and NOPE NOTHING EXCEPT COOKED FOOD somewhere else in the Hospital , I've not got time to be trying to hunt down a SANDWICH, and a CUPPA  T! If it's PART OF YOUR TESTING then you Should Supply the Sandwich and Drink! Plus miserable unhelpful staff in the cafe, no apology.... Disgusting
