Readers letter following an article on 111, reader reveals her recent negative experience with 111 and adds 'I'm disgusted at the new systems in place regarding the lack of emergency services after 8pm with Cheltenham General being closed and everyone having to go to Gloucestershire Royal. Some people are really struggling financially and cannot afford to pay for transport. Someone else I know was discharged at Gloucestershire Royal at 1pm and had no way to get home".

Gloucestershire Apprenticeship Awards 2015 (Echo) 

 Our Lifelong Learning team took the award for Employer of the Year for organisations with more than 25 workers and our Nursery Apprentice Liam Southgate won two awards, including the top individual accolade as Gloucestershire Apprentice of the Year. He was also Outstanding Apprentice of The Year in the Health, Education and Care (Private or Public Sector).
