Was sent in straight from my dentist yesterday morning June 9th. Finally found me a bed on ENT and told i would be operated yesterday. Its now 13.45 on the 10th....still no op....still no food or drink because im 'waiting' for op.....feeling awful...havent eaten for 3days now. Want to go home...even though im in pain.....anything is better than this.
Freddie had he wisdom teeth out yesterday and the nursing staff could not have been kinder and more attentive. They work a 14-hour shift and are still as bright and enthusiastic at the end of it. Three cheers to these amazing women.

Absolutely brilliant midwifes very friendly looked after my fiancee and I and delivered our beautiful daughter by emergency cesarean after we had a few complications after a long exhausted weekend in labour the end result was brilliant could not of asked for a better service thanks to everyone who was involved you deserve a lot of credit for the job you do thank you

The staff were all lovely but I cant believe the bed situation, my sister was dropped her with bad sleeping disorder and she was made to wait in a and e for 18 hours getting worse by the hour, she is still there even tho she should be in Worcester so her family can be by her side at this scary time - very disappointed with the upper management making decisions without seeing the patients - Not very caring at all 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 its all about money these days - bring back matron 😡😡😡😡😡😡 also she is in acute ward listening to horrible noises ie patients in pain or dying - not good with some one who is feeling very scared 😡😡

We were delighted to raise over £80 for Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity busking at Gloucester Quays today, thank you to all who donated, and their parents : )

We are fed-up with the employees of Cheltenham General Hospital using our residential road (SOUTHGATE DRIVE) as a car park. A few weeks ago the refuse lorry couldn't get through - good job it wasn't the emergency services.

I would like to say a big thanks to the amazing staff at Cheltenham General Hospital, especially all the team in ACUA whom I have watched caring for a large turnaround of patients over the last 3 days (including myself), all hours of day and night. Everyone there is amazing not just the nurses and doctors. I was very grateful to the poor porters who had to push my lardy arse around on chairs to various ends of the hospital, and for the ancillary staff who kept the ward floor clean and us topped up with water and hot drinks, and of course all the specialists who were on hand to help.

We are a very lucky country to have these wonderful people available to help us all in times of need. The hours they put in is incredible, and to maintain the smiles and gentle words even to the most trying of patients at the end of a long trying day takes very special caring people.

I am pleased to say my visit there ended last night but have been very grateful to everyone for how caring and thorough they have been.

I have ongoing health problems so I am here quite often. Cannot fault the staff especially my Eye Consultant who is the best Surgeon I have ever met both with his manner and caring attitude! Cannot fault this hospital for what they have done for me over the last 30 years!

For everyone at GRH, particularly all on ward 9B
