The staff were fantastic but an acute lack of communication. I had my op cancelled just as I was about to go to theatre. I could not believe I was rang to cancel even though I was on the ward and the staff on the ward were not told. A waste of their precious time and mine.

We had our twins here on 28th May. All staff on the triage, maternity ward and delivery suite were amazing.. the care given to myself and to our babies was incredible.
In the same week a close family had to go to A and E and be admitted and again, the care they were given was exemplary.
The NHS is a stretched service with so much pressure on it but every individual we came into contact with genuinely clearly cared about their job and doing their best for their patients.

Staff was really helpful ... and kept there cool even when 70% of people thought by moaning about the waiting time would get them seen quicker !

Over worked and very under paid and staffed
My father in law is being looked after by a over worked crew doing the very for all

I was there to pick up special meds which had been left at the hospital pharmacy. This was after liaison with Dermatology department. All staff I dealt with were polite...helpful and made sure I got the meds I needed after my GP surgery failed to read my notes properly. I have been under care of several departments over last 8 years and have no complaints to make. X

Even though the staff were snowed under, they we're still very Attentive and reassuring, the wait was massive but I don't blame the staff , I blame the government cuts !

Under huge pressure regarding resources etc the staff continue to do an amazing job. I had a routine appointment in the orthopaedics dept, they were running 50 minutes late but hey you can't predict when people are going to get fractures etc so I'm fully prepared to wait my turn.

Can't thank them enough for looking after my mum. They are amazing and so polite and cheerful no matter what they have to do even when they are short staffed. Mum is in the best hospital around. X

Had a tour around the birth unit yesterday and we absolutely loved it. Feels very homely there and staff were lovely. I'm due in a few weeks time and we're very much looking forward to having our baby there! Thank you very much!

I would like to say a big thank you to Nancy- who looked after mum today in Chedworth suit day unit for her to have trasoesophageal echocardiography. Nancy you are an amazing person.
Thank you.
