Rachel Lannon A&E 9am Saturday to assess a possible fractured elbow
Assessment, X-ray & appointment for fracture clinic on Tuesday - all within 60 minutes
It wasn't an emergency (still able to play Xbox) so we waited 12 hours until Saturday morning. Thank you

Pleased with the care I received a big thank you to all staff who looked after me . Proud of our NHS shame are government is making your day to day running so hard

The staff on the day surgery ward were amazing. Friendly, happy and efficient. Felt really looked after. Thank you

I recently was in the AEC department. It was clean, bright and pleasant. The staff were professional, informative, considerate and efficient. I was particularly appreciative of the offered sandwiches and availability of tea and coffee. An extremely positive and non stressful experience, thank you.
Just a mini moan, the magazines available were mostly women's interest or impossibly clean and tidy posh houses furnished with taste soooo good....
How about some blokey mags with pictures of things with wheels and wires and diesel and technology.
Just a thought..........

Very good service fast tracked eye appointment all carried out efficiently and explained every step Well done NHS

Went in on 27th Feb to the day surgery everyone was thoughtful and polite and explained all the process. They were willing to listen to any questions I had even though their ward was clearly very busy with s variety of patients and illnesses. The surgical staff and anesthetist were lovely. Afterwards the ward staff on the day unit were amazing throughout the day and night. They never felt like you were asking for too much. They seemed to be able to have a good team who could enjoy themselves whilst working hard and kept the ward very clean. One staff member stayed late to ensure a lady was able to be discharged and go home, she was back in at 7am for her next shift!

Wait just for paracetamol 4 hours f*!k this

I have never had a problem with Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. My father has spent quite a few years at the eye clinic and they have all been wonderful to him.

I cannot thank the staff enough... I had to attend an outpatients clinic following an out of hours emergency visit five days previously, and found everything running like clockwork, although busy, and the staff so pleasant. I then unfortunately had to visit A&E the same night to have them look at a damaged knee. We didn't leave until 5am but Kath particularly, the Nurse practitioner, was amazing, polite and courteous, very understanding and full of laughter with us to help take our minds off the task in hand! All in all, if you get sick, this is the place to be!

Saw doctor before appointment time. Very good only took 20mins. Had to go for blood tests. Waited 1hr 30 mins to be seen. Lot of staff standing around. At 12 o'clock the waiting stood still. Staff were going to lunch or off shift.A lot of people left because wait was so long.

2nd time I'm in this hospital since 30 Jan and went to heartlands in between that for a major lung surgery, but yeah staff is OK and I won't say about the food. But all in all not too bad x

My 18 month old was sent to PAU by GP, the staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. He was then admitted to PU and we where both looked after very well, all obvs/medicines where done/given on time. No request was too much for them. They helped make the best of a stressful situation, even though they where very busy, short staffed and stretched to their limits they never let you know it.

I was in for a operation on my knee to remove a tumour, I was ment to be a day case in & out but due to my body needing more painkillers after theatre I wasn't aloud home I stayed on ward 3a the nursing staff there where amazing couldn't ask for better the NHS has bad reports but my stay and medical care was excellent, a big thank u to everyone who looked after me ..

Staff are absolutely brilliant, it's not their fault the NHS is in a mess
