Must admit great time keeping and staff lovely

To the Night Porter chap who walked my Mum to her car in the wee hours of this morning (including patiently waiting for her to pay the parking fee), thank you very, very much! If anyone knows who this lovely guy might be, please do let me know; I'd like to thank him myself. Bless you X

Always friendly and helpful staff, if it wasn't for the eye injections I'd enjoy coming here more!

I was taken in on Friday night into a&e by ambulance. Although the staff were so under pressure I was seen to remarkably quickly and they were reassuring and looked after me well - smiling and chatting to me throughout. Thank you x

We are all truly thankful for the amazing care and support you've given our son this weekend. Every single member of staff were fantastic in each department we visited. What a super job you all do 24/7 and probably with little thanks and recognition. Would like to send all the staff in the paediatric ward our best wishes and heartfelt thanks x

Couldn't say a bad word. Staff went above and beyond for my son in the day surgery unit. We are very lucky in Gloucester to have such caring and fantastic nurse's and surgeons. My son was made to feel at ease before his operation as at first he was nervous. Well done to everyone you are brilliant x

Visited Gloucester Royal yesterday with my daughter and I can't fault the service that we received. All of the members of staff that dealt with us were professional, caring & showed empathy so thank you all so much, keep up the good work!!

A massive thanks to all the staff in the Oncology / Radiotherapy department during my recent treatment, you have all been absolutely brilliant. You should all be very proud of yourselves.

I have had numerous appointments over the years, in different departments. I have always had a good experience. Good staff, particularly Hydro/Physiology.

Many thanks to all of the staff in the Day Surgery Unit for the excellent care I received on 15th March, I cannot fault any part of my experience at this hospital it was outstanding from receptionist through to nurses, anaesthetist and consultant.

Like a cattle market... no privacy for consultation just a curtain and the doctor had the bedside manner of Attila The Hun! Was basically told my doc suspected cancer in the first sentence... first I'd heard of it! ... I'm a massive fan of the NHS but guys sort it out 😉

Wow the staff are simply brilliant including the amazing A and E Consultant and gentleman nurse today and the lovely student nurse when they put my runners arm back together after I broke it yesterday. Care and the chat was superb. Amazing
