Our staff are always amazing us with their fundraising ideas and this one is no exception. Health Care Assistant Daisy Harris of Ward 5A is raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Research by having her beyond-waist-length hair cut into a short pixie cut.
She is also donating all that beautiful hair to the Little Princess Trust who provide real hair wigs (free of charge) to boys and girls who have lost theirs to cancer treatment.
Anyone can support Daisy by going to her justgiving page:www.justgiving.com/fundraising/DaisyHarris22
The date for the big cut is 11th October. Good luck to her - what a fantastic gesture!
