Patient Diary

Carers may also find our recently launched Patient Diary helpful.

‘My Hospital diary’ is a resource for sharing informal news between our patients, their families and our staff. It is for patients who may require extra support, in response to aspects of their individual specific care needs during their stay in hospital.
