Cirencester Diagnostic & Treatment Centre
The Cirencester Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (DTC) has been procured by the Trust as part of an investment designed to improve NHS service provision for the benefit of patients and staff living and working in our county.
The Cirencester DTC is supported by surgical, anaesthetic and nursing teams who are dedicated to delivering an enhanced patient experience for Outpatient, Diagnostic and Day Surgery treatments.
Because it doesn’t have the pressures of being part of a large acute hospital, procedures at Cirencester are less likely to be affected by other pressures, leading to reduced delays and cancellations. The same teams of surgeons from our hospitals at Cheltenham and Gloucester offer the same outstanding care and we’ve concentrated on the procedures that we think will benefit most from this new location.
Cirencester Hospital offers very pleasant surroundings, newly modernised facilities and free parking for staff, patients and visitors. The centre is situated on the first floor of the hospital which is easily accessible from all surrounding areas and is approximately 30-40 minutes’ drive from Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon.
