Areas of expertise
Dr Pirie qualified at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2000. he completed his SHO training in London.
Dr Pirie has a special interest in neonatology and completed a Senior Fellowship in Neonatology in Perth, Australia, before returning to Gloucester to take up his current post.
He has a keen interest in education, including simulation training, instructing for NLS and APLS courses.
All children requiring an overnight stay in hospital will be admitted to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

Dr Pirie runs clinics in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Cirencester.
