Pain Toolkit - The Pain Toolkit is a fantastic information source for individuals living with chronic pain, and could be a good place to start.  Created by someone with personal experience of chronic pain, and contains some very useful resources itself.

Action On Pain - A website with lots of tips and tricks for chronic pain sufferers, as well as an excellent explanation of the full role of Psychologists within the Chronic Pain Services.

Arthritis Care - This site provides a wealth of information on arthritis, from the causes and mechanisms of it, to some skills which can help those living with either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis improve their daily living.

British Pain Society - The BPS is a society for Healthcare Professionals working in the field of understanding and managing pain.

DIPEx - HealthTalkOnline is DIPEx's website for adults, and provides information about the nature of chronic pain, as well as testimonials from sufferers.

Expert Patients Programme - Expert Patients Programme Community Interest Company provide free courses aimed at those living with long-term health conditions and their carers.

Fibromyalgia Action UK - The UK's Fibromyalgia Association website contains information and resources for fibromyalgia sufferers.

Migraine Trust - A UK Charity devoted to health research into Migraines, this site contains lots of useful information for sufferers.

NHS Direct - The NHS Direct site offers information on a variety of different health conditions, and also provides symptom- and health-checker services.

Pain Concern - A UK Based Charity to help those suffering from chronic pain, as well as those who care for them.  Pain Concern are also responsible for the radio show "Airing Pain".

Pain Support - PainSupport.co.uk provides advice and support for those suffering from chronic pain, including good networking resources to meet other chronic pain sufferers.

Physiotherapy Health Tips - The Physiotherapy department have provided some useful tips on how to lead a healthier lifestyle.  On this site is lots of useful information, as well as some very handy podcasts, and other external links which can help improve your general health.
