Support to stop smoking

healthy baby

Protecting your baby from tobacco smoke is one of the best things you can do to give your child a healthy start in life.

When you are pregnant, your midwife will talk to you about the risks of smoking while pregnant and offer you support to give up. You will be referred to our local stop smoking service, which you can also access yourself at www.stopsmokingglos.nhs.uk

The stop smoking service has a dedicated pregnancy stop smoking adviser who works 5 days a week who can offer support. Alternatively why not book an appointment at the Quit Stop which is open 7 days a week on 01452 385327.
