Senior Manager Appraisals

Introduction

The Senior Manager Appraisal is designed to improve organisational performance by aligning individual and team objectives with the Trust objectives and to create an annual performance cycle for senior managers.

The aim of the appraisal process is to ensure that all staff:

  • Have a clear understanding of their role and the part they play in their team and organisation.
  • Have an agreed set of priorities and objectives for their work linked to the Trust objectives.
  • Have and apply the knowledge, skills and leadership behaviours required to perform their role effectively and achieve their objectives.
