Medical Administration Qualification
This is an excellent opportunity for staff in a medical administration job role to gain a specialised qualification and strengthen knowledge in medical administration and customer and patient service.
If you are currently working in medical administration, enjoy learning and would like to gain further qualifications this programme may be for you.
The training programme takes 12-18 months and focuses on medical administration skills and includes the following qualifications
- Level 2 Diploma in Medical Administration
- Medical Terminology – AMSPAR (if you have this you would not have to complete this section)
- Working in the National Health Service
- Medical principles for the administrator.
The units are supported with workshops and staff are assessed in the workplace by assessors from City of Bristol College, there is also an exam during the programme.
