Crane delivery at Cheltenham General Saturday 1 March

On Saturday 1 March from 08:00 – 13:30, a crane will be lifting a new external AC condenser to the roof of the Chedworth Day Surgery Unit

Impact of these works

  • The two external entrances to the Chedworth Surgical Unit and one of the centre block entrances will be closed off for the duration of the works (8am - 1:30 pm Saturday 1 March). An alternative route into the hospital would be use the second Centre Block entrance and/ or the Oncology main entrance.
  • Three Oncology disabled car parking spaces will be barriered off from 3pm on Friday 28 February until 1:30pm on Saturday 1 March.
    • Drop-off outside Oncology is not affected and alternative disabled parking bays are available, as shown on our hospital maps.
