Our new Patient Portal is now live with digital letters!

As of this morning (Tuesday 14 May), if you’re over the age of 18 you will be able to view your appointment letters and details in our brand new Patient Portal.

When you have a new appointment, you’ll receive a text message containing a link from our partners at DrDoctor. After entering a few details, you’ll be able to access your digital letter from any internet or data connected device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer.

If you would like to continue receiving paper letters, you can delete the text message and let your care team know when you next visit the hospital.

If you have any queries about the portal, or encounter any issues using it, please visit our Trust website where you can search ‘Portal’ to find frequently asked questions, guidance and information pages.

This marks the first milestone in our exciting Patient Portal journey, with much more functionality planned for the rest of the year in gradual stages.
