Apprentice Becky looks after the onboarding side of the recruitment process and is a vital asset to the team, who say they could not function without her.

Kacey Berg
Elective Orthopaedics
Kacey was described by colleagues as ‘nothing but exceptional’ during her time in elective orthopaedics.
She has flourished and grown during her apprenticeship and is loved and respected by both patients and colleagues in the multidisciplinary team. Kacey’s enviable enthusiasm and willingness to volunteer for tasks that need doing make her an asset to her team and the Trust more widely.

Keeley Leaton-Smith
AMU Therapy
Keeley has shown huge growth in maturity and clinical work during her apprenticeship, which she completed almost 5 months early.
Colleagues described Keely as having a great work ethic, adding that it has been a pleasure watching her develop as her clinical reasoning skills have developed week after week.
They said, “We are all excited to see what the future has in store for Keeley.”
