Dr Gunn trained in medicine at the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff, qualifying in 2006.
Her speciality training in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine was undertaken in the Oxford and Thames Valley deanery, where she undertook an MSc in Musculoskeletal Science.
Dr Gunn was appointed as a Consultant Rheumatologist in Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2019 and has an interest in connective tissue disease and vasculitis.
