- Diagnosis of some cases of primary ovarian failure.
- Antibodies against ovarian parenchyma are seen in 15-50% of patients with permature ovarian failure.
- Patients may also be positive for adrenal antibodies due to the presence of cross-reactive steroid-cell antibodies.
