Due to staffing challenges, if you contact the rheumatology advice line, you may experience a delayed response. Therefore, please consider the following options:
- If you are unwell, you should contact NHS 111 or your GP who will be able to get advice from the rheumatology team if required
- If you have an appointment query, please contact the booking office, wither via e-mail: ghn-tr.OutpatientBooking@nhs.net or telephone: 0300 4225987 (9.00am to 4.30pm)
- If you require blood forms or have a query about your biologic medication prescription, please contact the biologics administration team via e-mail ghn-tr.rheumybloodsandbiologics@nhs.net
- If you require a further DMARD prescription or blood forms please contact the rheumatology pharmacist via e-mail ghn-tr.dmards.rheumatology@nhs.net or DMARD prescription order line number is 0300 422 8889 – available 24/7.
