We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated radiographers who want to gain experience in all aspects of general radiography, trauma, orthopaedics, and digital fluoroscopy.

Our services

If you are patient-focussed and looking to develop a radiography career in a progressive environment, we want you to join our friendly team at Gloucestershire Hospitals.

We provide services at nine sites across Gloucestershire, offering a broad range of sub-speciality work, including:

  • Adult and paediatric radiography (including trauma and orthopaedic examinations)
  • Mobile imaging
  • General radiography
  • Cardiac and interventional procedures
  • Digital fluoroscopy
  • CT scanning
  • MRI and ultrasound

We have two main imaging departments which are equipped with a range of DR and CR general imaging equipment, two interventional rooms, two cardiac laboratories, four CT scanners, and three MRI scanners.

We pride ourselves on adapting to the needs of our patients, while continually developing our service. And we also ensure the support, development and education of all our staff.

Professional development is actively encouraged at Gloucestershire Hospitals, and there are opportunities to learn additional skills in all modalities to keep you fulfilled in your work. We also have an established preceptorship programme for newly qualified staff, to help with the transition into a radiography career.
