Bronze Level: Introduction to Quality Improvement
The Bronze level course provides an overview of quality improvement tools and methodologies.
This is a 4 hour classroom-based session and is suitable for anyone sponsoring a Quality Improvement project, taking part in a Quality Improvement initiative or who has an interest in learning about Quality Improvement methodology. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
